You have pointed out some serious, honest issues that need a solution, to ensure that these events are safe and enjoyable for everyone. About the special needs fans The special needs line for Cathy itself could have taken up an entire day. But for non-special needs fan to jump into that line as a shortcut is deplorable. I do have some ideas that I'll share with the powers that be, if they plan on a future Homecoming or DukesFest.
